Fran was trained in spiritual direction with the Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction, graduating as a Spiritual Director in May 2023. As IFS became personally significant for her, she began to see how helpful it could be for others as Spiritual Directors. Fran and her husband recently retired from full-time service in the church, and Fran has a passion for leading people into deeper intimacy with God, to know Him and to be known by Him. She loves to accompany individuals on their spiritual journey as they learn to discern the ways God speaks to them and moves in and around them. She also enjoys leading retreats and making resources available for adventurous exploration in prayer, silence and solitude. Fran is a proud mum and grandmother to seven delightful grandchildren, and enjoys walking in nature and writing.

Sally believes life is not meant to feel empty or overwhelming, but full of sacred, abundant moments with God—even in the ordinary. She has known both joy and sorrow, spiritual dryness and deep healing. Learning to experience each of these in the loving presence of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit has been life-changing. Passionate about others encountering God in their own unique and holy way, Sally serves as a ‘keeper of the space’—prayerfully listening, asking questions, and gently guiding attention upward. With a rich journey of faith, ministry, and family, Sally offers a safe, nurturing space for others to explore life with God more deeply. Sally received her two year certificate from Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction and is available to meet online, over the phone or in person.
