Longing to deepen your relationship with God? Spiritual direction offers a safe and prayerful space to reflect on your life, listen for God's voice, and discern His presence and activity in your daily experience. Dave accompanies individuals with warmth, compassion, and attentive listening, helping them explore their spiritual journey and become more aware of the loving presence and work of Father God, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit in their lives. Drawing on traditional spiritual direction practices such as Lectio Divina, the Examen, and Imaginative Prayer, together with Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, he helps people explore their inner emotional landscape, deepen their relationship with Jesus, find healing from emotional burdens and wounds, and grow in freedom, authenticity, and compassion. He is passionate about helping people experience God more deeply through His Word and discover His loving presence in the midst of everyday life.

Dave holds a two-year Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction and a two-year certificate in Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practice from The Contemplative Activist School of Spiritual Direction. Sessions are available both in person and online (Swindon, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Facetime).
